Kenny Smith

Kenny Smith is a Continuing Lecturer in the Department of Writing at the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB), within the College of Letters and Science. He serves as co-chair of the Writing Placement Committee alongside Madeleine Sorapure and Sarah Hirsch. His teaching portfolio includes introductory composition courses (Writing 1 & 2), writing and philosophy of language (Writing 105P), and scientific communication courses (Writing 109ST, 105SW, and 159A).
