Kenneth Walker

Kenneth Walker serves as a Lecturer in the Department of Theatre & Dance within the College of Arts & Humanities at California State University, Dominguez Hills. He concurrently leads the Kenneth Walker Dance Project (KWDP), a contemporary ballet company presenting original works nationally.

His artistic practice focuses on:

• Contemporary ballet choreography
• Dance performance innovation
• Technical dance education
• Interpretive movement research

Professional recognition includes KWDP's Horton Award finalist status for Outstanding Performance by a Company.

Additional engagements:

• Master class instruction at El Camino College, Moorpark College, LA County High School for the Arts, and Regional Dance America
• Performance collaborations with Ballet Pacifica, Sacramento Ballet, Oakland Ballet, and Minnesota Ballet
