Kenneth Mølbjerg Jørgensen

Kenneth Mølbjerg Jørgensen is an External Lecturer (part-time) at Aalborg University's Department of Politics and Society, within The Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities. He concurrently holds a professorship at Malmö University, leading their Organization Studies knowledge environment. His research focuses on storytelling, ethics, learning, and power dynamics in organizations, drawing heavily from critical theorists like Foucault, Arendt, and Benjamin. He develops frameworks for sustainable organizing, leadership education, and terrestrial ethics addressing ecological challenges.
