Kenneth Järrendahl

Kenneth Järrendahl is a Professor at Linköping University, currently serving as Head of Division and Head of the Materials Optics unit. His research focuses on polarization phenomena in nanoscale structures using spectroscopic ellipsometry, electron microscopy, and X-ray diffraction.
