Kelsey Duff

Kelsey Duff is a Researcher at the Georgia Health Policy Center, affiliated with the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies at Georgia State University. With experience in education and policy across urban/rural settings in the U.S. and abroad, she specializes in research and evaluation, project management, and curriculum development. Her work supports technical assistance initiatives, including grantee coordination, communications, and deliverables.
