Thomas Goldring

Thomas Goldring is a Researcher at the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies at Georgia State University, serving as Director of Research at the Georgia Policy Labs. He earned his Ph.D. and M.Phil. in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Michigan.
