Kelly Nuckolls is an Assistant Professor and Assistant Director of the LL.M. Program in Agricultural and Food Law at the University of Arkansas School of Law. She oversees the Food and Agriculture Impact Project, which trains future food and agriculture lawyers through hands-on policy and legal research, analysis, and education.

Prior to her current role, she served as a senior policy specialist at the National Sustainable Agriculture Coalition (NSAC) in Washington, D.C., where she advocated for farm bill policies, food safety regulations, and labeling laws. She also managed grants and developed educational materials for NSAC and provided agricultural law education to farmers at the University of Maryland Agricultural Law Education Initiative.
She has taught Food Law and Policy at George Mason University Law School and U.S. Farm and Food Policy at Sterling College. Kelly is licensed to practice law in Iowa and integrates policy advocacy, legal education, and experiential learning into her academic practice.
