Dr. Kelli Fuery is a Professor at Wilkinson College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences, Chapman University. Her expertise spans Contemporary Visual Culture, Film Theory, and Psychosocial and Cultural Theory.
Her research investigates the mediation of reality through visual culture, focusing on power dynamics, knowledge structures, ethics, and the aesthetics of emotional experience. She integrates psychoanalytic theory, critical philosophy, and feminist phenomenology into her work.
