Dr. Kay Galpin is an Associate Lecturer at the Faculty of Business and Law, University of the West of England (UWE Bristol), with a focus on applied research in organizational dynamics and leadership. She holds qualifications including a BA, BSc, MSc, and PhD in fields related to organizational behavior and change management.
Her research explores storytelling interventions in organizational change, qualitative methods, and creative approaches to leadership and employee well-being. She is a member of the research and practice community The Unleadership Movement, which investigates unconventional leaderly practices that promote human flourishing in organizations and communities.
