Katie Waugh

Katie Waugh is an Associate Professor and Department Head of Art and Design at the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith. She teaches foundations art courses, upper-level special topics courses in video and installation art, and the First-Year Admissions Portfolio course.

As a multi-disciplinary artist, Waugh focuses on photography, sculpture, and video art, with recent exhibitions at institutions like the High Museum of Art in Atlanta, Sweet Pass Sculpture Park in Dallas, and the Kauno Biennale in Lithuania. Her practice emphasizes installation art and interdisciplinary exploration within contemporary visual arts.
