Katie Hirsch

Dr. Katie Hirsch is an Assistant Professor specializing in Sport and Exercise Psychology at New Mexico State University's Department of Kinesiology. She holds a PhD in Kinesiology from the University of Windsor and researches psychological aspects of sports performance including coaching effectiveness, athlete leadership, and body image perceptions in athletic contexts.

Research focuses on:

• Group cohesion and team performance
