Dr. Kathy Tuberville serves as Associate Professor of Teaching in the Department of Management at the University of Memphis' Fogelman College of Business and Economics, where she also directs the Fogelman Women in Leadership Programs and advises the SHRM Student Chapter. With 25+ years of experience bridging business leadership and higher education, she has developed innovative student development programs and led international initiatives involving over 140 students across Europe.
Her research concentrates on leadership development, human resource management, and experiential learning methodologies, with particular emphasis on women in leadership and career readiness. Dr. Tuberville's work consistently connects academic theory with practical workplace applications through industry partnerships and student-centered programming that prepares graduates for professional success.
