Kimberly Pleva serves as a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Management & Marketing at the Williamson College of Business Administration, Youngstown State University. With over a decade of academic service since 2011, she progressed from Part-time Instructor to Lecturer and now Senior Lecturer, leveraging 15 years of Fortune 250 HR leadership experience from Parker Hannifin in her teaching.
