Kathy Hendrickson is a Theater Faculty member and Interim Director of Community Impact at North Hennepin Community College (NHCC). With over 8 years at NHCC, she previously served as Interim Dean of Fine Arts and Communication, Dean of Fine and Applied Arts, and Global and Cultural Studies. She has taught at Antioch University, St. John's University, College of St. Benedict, and internationally in Brazil, Italy, Turkey, and Norway.

Her career highlights include founding Jersey City Children's Theater, a nonprofit serving 10,000 youth annually, and collaborating with Mike Nichols on TONY award-winning projects. She brings expertise in theater, acting, playwriting, and cross-cultural education to her roles.
Kathy was recognized for her contribution to the TONY award-winning revival of Death of a Salesman as Assistant Director. Her work emphasizes community engagement, arts education, and international collaboration.
