Kathleen Page is a Professor of Medicine at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine with clinical expertise in infectious diseases, HIV/AIDS, and substance use disorder. She completed her undergraduate degree at Johns Hopkins, earned her MD from Washington University School of Medicine, and trained at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and Johns Hopkins. She joined the faculty in 2006.
Page's work focuses on improving healthcare access for underserved communities, including migrants and individuals with HIV or substance use disorders. Her research spans migrant health, mobile health interventions, health disparities, and implementation science. As principal investigator of multiple grants, she develops integrated care models and digital health tools for HIV management.
She co-directs the Center for Community and Global Health in Infectious Diseases (CCGHE-ID), which promotes health equity through research, training, and service initiatives in infectious disease management locally and internationally.
