Katherine Selber

Dr. Katherine Selber is a Professor in the School of Social Work at Texas State University's College of Applied Arts. She holds degrees from the University of Houston and the University of Texas at Austin. Fluent in Spanish, she previously taught in Mexico and is passionate about student veterans and military families.

Her research focuses on developing veteran-friendly policies and programs at Texas State and other campuses. She has received numerous research grants and maintains an active publication record.

Dr. Selber teaches both on-campus and online courses in social work.
