Katherine Leopold

Katherine Leopold is a Senior Teaching Fellow and Faculty Employability Lead at the University of Greenwich's Faculty of Business, affiliated with the School of Accounting, Finance and Economics. She holds a BA Hons in German and Linguistics from the University of Manchester and an Executive MBA from the University of Greenwich. Recognized as a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (HEA), she joined as a visiting lecturer in 2009 and has held roles in the Employability Office since 2012.

Her research explores employability enhancement, educational innovation, and professional development in business education. Key focus areas include authentic assessment design, collaborative learning strategies, digital literacy development, and technology-integrated teaching methodologies.

Publications emphasize practical approaches to student success through curriculum innovation and stakeholder collaboration. Research trends highlight digital pedagogy, creative learning interventions, and institutional partnerships for employability.
