Kate Davis

Dr. Kate Davis is an Associate Professor in Project Management at Cranfield School of Management, Cranfield University. She previously held roles at Kingston University, including Senior Lecturer and Associate Professor. Her expertise spans project governance, stakeholder management, and organizational learning. She obtained her PhD in 2016 and focuses on stakeholder impact on project outcomes, project manager replacement dynamics, and net-zero projects. Her research integrates digital technologies to enhance project communication and employability initiatives. Notable awards include SFHEA (Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy) and CMBE (Chartered Management Banker).
