Katharine Croce

Katharine Croce serves as an Associate Professor of Psychology in the School of Arts & Sciences at Holy Family University, bringing extensive clinical experience as a behavior analyst and special education program coordinator for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Developmental Disabilities (DD), and Intellectual Disabilities (ID) across schools, homes, and in-patient hospital settings.

Her educational qualifications include:

• Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from Saint Joseph's University
• M.Ed. with ABA Concentration from Temple University
• Autism Certificate from Pennsylvania State University
• BA in Psychology & Criminal Justice from La Salle University

Dr. Croce's research centers on practical applications of behavioral science, specifically Autism interventions, Self-Monitoring techniques, Classroom Management strategies, and Applied Behavior Analysis. She has pioneered multiple community programs including social skills development initiatives, an inclusive summer camp, respite services, adaptive sports programs, and specialized college transition support systems for individuals with ASD. Her work emphasizes creating accessible educational pathways and improving quality of life through evidence-based behavioral interventions.

Outside academia, she actively participates in her children's school activities, sports events, and enjoys travel with a preference for beach environments, often wearing Lilly Pulitzer apparel. Her recent contributions include developing Holy Family University's ABA program curriculum as highlighted in her January 2025 blog post "Improving Lives by Changing Behavior: The ABA Program at HFU".
