Kate Wilson

Kate Wilson is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Fordham University, specializing in Arabic culture, drama, dance, and clothing. She has taught at multiple institutions, including Hunter College, LaGuardia Community College, and Fordham University.

• BA in Philosophy/Sociology-Anthropology from Swarthmore College
• MFA in Playwriting and Theatre Arts from Brooklyn College

Her research focuses on the intersection of cultural expression and identity within Arabic traditions, particularly through theatrical performance, movement, and sartorial practices. As a playwright and theatre artist, she integrates creative practice with academic inquiry.
