Kate O'Regan serves as Professor of Human Rights Law at the University of Oxford and Director of the Bonavero Institute of Human Rights. A former Justice of the South African Constitutional Court (1994–2009), her work addresses human rights, constitutional transitions, and post-conflict justice.
Education includes law degrees from the University of Cambridge and University of Oxford. Research focuses on constitutional governance, equality law, and the implementation of human rights in transitional societies.
