Kate Cassity-Duffey is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Horticulture at the University of Georgia's College of Agricultural & Environmental Sciences. Her work focuses on organic production systems, particularly nitrogen mineralization and volatilization from organic fertilizers and poultry litter.
