Kassem Lucas

Kassem Lucas serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law while maintaining an active career as Managing Director at Major, Lindsey, and Africa, where he specializes in lateral attorney placements and law firm talent strategy. His 24-year background spans private practice, law firm leadership, and DEI advisory roles.

His educational foundation includes a law degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law and an undergraduate degree from Yale University. During law school, he concurrently served as faculty, advisor, coach, and dorm resident at George School.
