Karolina Rutkowska

Karolina Rutkowska, M.Sc., serves as a part-time lecturer at WSEI Lublin Academy's Faculty of Human Sciences, conducting workshops for Preschool and Early Childhood Education students since October 2025. She concurrently directs and owns private preschools operating under the Reggio Emilia approach since 2016, and works as a special education teacher in preschools and after-school program teacher in primary schools across Poland.

Her research centers on developing social competencies in children and educators through innovative pedagogical solutions, with specialized focus on Reggio Emilia methodology, forest education, and educational space design. She pioneers individualized approaches for people with disabilities emphasizing relationship-building, independence, and social integration, while addressing contemporary parenting challenges through evidence-based workshops for parents and professionals.

As a trainer for Poland's Social Insurance Institution (TUS), she bridges academic theory with practical implementation, creating inclusive educational environments that foster mutual respect and cooperative learning across diverse settings.
