Karla M Hughes

Karla M Hughes serves as an Associate Professor in the Theatre and Musical Theatre department within the Conservatory for the Performing Arts at Viterbo University. She is a distinguished vocal instructor specializing in diverse genres including musical theatre (both legit and belt styles), classical, pop, rock, gospel, country, and R&B.

Her educational background includes:

• Master of Music in Opera Performance from Wichita State University
• Bachelor of Arts in Music from Colorado State University

Professor Hughes' expertise spans vocal performance, musical theatre, opera, classical singing, acting, and dance.
