Karina Wolff

Karina Wolff is a Lecturer in Business Psychology at the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland. She holds a degree in psychology, a doctorate in economics, and a degree in banking, and brings extensive leadership experience in international environments.

Her research and teaching focus on leadership, change management, human resource management, communication, conflict resolution, and coaching within business psychology.
