Kamal Birdi is Professor in Work Psychology and Head of the Institute of Work Psychology at Sheffield University Management School, University of Sheffield. He holds a PhD in Psychology, MSc in Occupational Psychology, and BSc (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Sheffield.
