Kabo Yang

Kabo Yang is a Lecturer in the Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership (MAOL) program. As a Senior Consultant at Propel Nonprofits and former Executive Director of the Minnesota Women’s Consortium, she brings community leadership expertise to her teaching. Her pedagogy emphasizes leveraging personal values and identities as leadership strengths, with courses including Foundations of Leadership and Ethics, Leading Teams, and Advanced Practice in Change Leadership.
