Jyoti Devi Mahadeo

Jyoti Devi Mahadeo is an Assistant Professor in Strategic Management and Leadership at the School of Management, University of Bradford. She brings extensive international experience from academic positions held at institutions across Australasia and Africa.

• BA(Hons) and MA(Econ) from University of Manchester
• PhD in Management from University of Technology, Mauritius and University of Nottingham
• PG Cert in Academic Practice from University of Auckland

Her research centers on Corporate Governance with specific focus on board diversity and the shareholder-stakeholder primacy paradox. She publishes in high-impact journals including Business and Society, Journal of Business Ethics, and Accounting, Auditing and Accountability Journal.
