Justin Sherman

Justin Sherman is an Associate Professor of Pharmacy Practice at the University of Mississippi School of Pharmacy, where he has been teaching since 2009. He also holds an adjunct appointment in the Department of Family Medicine. His practice site is at the UMMC Family Medicine in Jackson, Mississippi. Sherman is a dedicated educator, instructing pharmacy students across all curriculum years and serving as the Teaching Leader (TL) for PHCY 603. He precepts 4th-year pharmacy students and oversees the University of Mississippi Community Practice Residency program. His professional journey includes nine years of teaching at the University of Louisiana at Monroe College of Pharmacy and leadership roles as Director/Coordinator of two residency programs.

His work bridges academic instruction with practical patient care initiatives.
