Justin M. Pelletier is a Professor and Director of the GCI Cyber Range and Training Center at the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) within the Golisano College of Computing and Information Sciences. He teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in the Department of Cyber Security and leads security assessments for critical infrastructure and national defense partners. He founded the NSA-funded National Consortium for Cyber Governance, Risk, and Compliance.

He is a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve, a combat veteran, and a lay member of the Dominican Order. He lives with his wife and five children.
