Junyu Zhang

Junyu Zhang is an Instructor I of Chinese at Texas Christian University (TCU), affiliated with the AddRan College of Liberal Arts and the Modern Language Studies program. He holds an M.S.Ed in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language from Shenzhen University, China.

His research focuses on Chinese Pedagogy, Educational Technology, Language Assessment, Corrective Feedback, Second Language Acquisition, and Chinese Calligraphy. He teaches a range of Chinese language courses, including Beginning/Intermediate Chinese, Business Chinese, and Chinese Culture in Film.

Zhang is professionally affiliated with organizations such as the Chinese Language Teachers Association, Texas Foreign Language Association, American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages, and American Society of Shufa Calligraphy Education.
