Dr. Julia Kurek is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Urban Design and Regional Planning, Faculty of Architecture, Gdańsk University of Technology. Her work focuses on integrating urban planning with energy efficiency, climate change adaptation, and sustainable architectural design. She has contributed to interdisciplinary research on eco-districts, boundary conditions in non-residential buildings, and personas for lighting environments.
Her research interests span urban energy transitions, resilient cities, and policy frameworks.
