Julia Fuß

Julia Fuß is a former Research Fellow at the Berlin Social Science Center (WZB) in the Department of Global Governance, researching institutional overlaps and global governance structures. She holds a double Master's degree (M.Sc. Research Master European Studies from Maastricht University and M.A. Political Science from University of Cologne) and a B.A. in Political Science from University of Mannheim.

Her research focuses on global governance, democracy promotion, and the analysis of institutional conflicts in international relations. Key projects include the Overlapping Spheres of Authority and Interface Conflicts in the Global Order (OSAIC), funded by the DFG and others. She contributed to developing the Interface Conflicts Dataset and published on fragmentation in global constitutionalism.

Earlier roles include internships at the Konrad-Adenauer-Foundation (Bangkok) and the Federal Academy for Security Policy (Berlin), alongside research assistantships at Maastricht University and the University of Mannheim.
