Julia Bruner

Julia Bruner is an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Bioethics at Case Western University's School of Medicine and serves as Chief Medical Officer at OhioGuidestone, a leading behavioral health organization in Ohio. Her career spans two decades of clinical leadership and service transformation, particularly in ambulatory and complex clinical settings at MetroHealth and within Ohio's largest county jail.

Her research and professional interests align with bioethics, behavioral health, and clinical leadership. Prior to OhioGuidestone, she played a pivotal role in redefining health service delivery in challenging environments.

As an adjunct faculty member, she contributes to academic discourse in bioethics while maintaining her active role in behavioral health leadership. Her work bridges clinical practice, administrative innovation, and ethical frameworks in healthcare.
