Juli Mondschein serves as an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Management and Leadership at Monmouth University, teaching Human Resources Management (BM 404) and Ethics, Diversity, and Social Responsibility (BM 327) across multiple semesters from Spring 2022 through Spring 2025.

With over two decades of cross-industry experience spanning flavors/fragrances, apparel, utilities, and medical device manufacturing, she specializes in translating real-world HR challenges into educational frameworks focused on talent management and ethical business practices.

Professor Mondschein founded her consulting practice in 2014 after extensive corporate HR leadership roles where she developed executive coaching programs and resolved complex employee relations issues across global business units.
