Michael Protono is an Adjunct Professor at Monmouth University, teaching Management courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels since 2007. He also teaches for Monmouth’s cohort program with Hackensack Meridian Health.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree from Seton Hall University; MBA in Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
• Professional Experience: Over 35 years as a senior HR executive, advisor, and internal consultant across industries including Banking (Atlantic Bank of New York, Citibank), Healthcare, Brokerage, Not-for-Profits, and Manufacturing.
• Teaching Areas: Human Resources Management (BM 404), Introduction to Business (BM 200), Introduction to Management (BM 517), Principles of Management and Organizational Behavior (BM 250).
