Judy Gregg

Dr. Judy Gregg is an Associate Professor and Dean of the School of Nursing & Health Sciences at Mount Vernon Nazarene University (MVNU), Ohio. She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Carlow University, a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) in Community Health Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Regents College, University of New York. Her career spans academic leadership, clinical practice, and nursing administration.

Her research focuses on nursing policy entrepreneurship, particularly applying the Multiple Streams Framework to address public health challenges in rural communities. Notable projects include initiatives to reduce motor vehicle crashes through policy advocacy. She has presented her work at national conferences such as ACHNE and STTI events.
