Judy D. Tarbox

Dr. Judy D. Tarbox is a Senior Lecturer and Assistant Department Head in the Department of English at Missouri State University. Her research focuses on online pedagogy, multimedia instructional design, and workplace communication strategies. She holds a PhD from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (2007).

Her professional experience includes developing feedback systems for asynchronous online learning environments, creating digital artifacts to enhance instructional efficacy, and contributing to scholarly publications in educational technology and graphic design. She has presented at international conferences such as E-Learn 2012 and published in peer-reviewed journals and edited volumes.

As a leader in faculty development, Dr. Tarbox has served on the Research Advisory Panel for the International Association of Business Communicators and contributed to professional development workshops for workplace communication.
