Judith D. Singer is the James Bryant Conant Professor of Education and Senior Vice Provost for Faculty at Harvard University. She holds a B.A. in Mathematics (summa cum laude, SUNY Albany, 1976) and a Ph.D. in Statistics (Harvard, 1983). As Senior Vice Provost, she advises on faculty development, tenure processes, and institutional policies. Her research focuses on improving quantitative methods in education, social, and behavioral sciences, with expertise in multilevel modeling, survival analysis, and longitudinal data analysis.
