Dr. Joshua Fisher is a Research Fellow at the School of Medicine and Public Health, University of Newcastle, affiliated with the Mother and Babies Research Centre and the Priority Research Centre for Reproductive Science. His research focuses on mitochondrial mechanisms in placental dysfunction and pregnancy complications, including gestational diabetes, preeclampsia, fetal growth restriction, and stillbirth.
