Dr. Mark Dilworth is a Senior Lecturer in Maternal and Fetal Health at the University of Manchester's Division of Developmental Biology & Medicine, serving as Deputy Head of the Division and Programme Director for the MSc Reproduction and Pregnancy (Research). He holds a BSc (Hons) in Biology and a PhD in Physiology from the University of Manchester. His research focuses on placental mechanisms underlying fetal growth restriction (FGR) and stillbirth, particularly in high-risk populations like advanced maternal age.
