Dr Joshua Balsters is a Research Fellow specializing in cognitive neuroscience, focusing on social and emotional decision-making in Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC) using fMRI, EEG, and computational modeling. His work also explores task-free neuroimaging approaches and cross-species brain connectivity analysis. He holds a PhD from Royal Holloway University of London (2009) and completed postdoctoral research at ETH Zurich (2012–2017) and Trinity College Dublin (2008–2012). His research contributes to UN Sustainable Development Goals related to health and education.
