Joseph R. Ciccone

Joseph R. Ciccone is a Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and the Founding Director of the Psychiatry and Law Program. A pioneer in forensic psychiatry, he has received numerous accolades, including the Isaac Ray Award (2013) and APA Special Presidential Commendation (2002).
