Joseph Jon Kaminski

Dr. Joseph Jon Kaminski is a Professor at the Department of Political Science and International Relations, International University of Sarajevo. He holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from Purdue University (2014) following an M.A. from CUNY Graduate Center (2008) and a B.A. from Rutgers University (2004). His research focuses on religion and politics in the Muslim world, comparative political theory, and Islamic public reason. He is affiliated with the Ummatics Institute as a Research Associate since 2022, contributing to the Ummatics Islamic Public Value Project.
