Joseph Fishkin is a Professor of Law at the UCLA School of Law, specializing in areas such as employment discrimination law, election law, and constitutional law. Previously, he served at the University of Texas School of Law as the Marrs McLean Professor in Law and was a visiting professor at Yale Law School. He holds a B.A. in Ethics, Politics, and Economics (summa cum laude) from Yale University, a J.D. from Yale Law School, and a D.Phil. in Politics from Oxford University as a Fulbright Scholar. Before academia, he clerked for Chief Justice Margaret H. Marshall of the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts and was a Ruebhausen Fellow at Yale Law School.
