Joseph Carolan

Dr. Joseph E. Carolan is a Special Lecturer of Economics at Oakland University’s School of Business Administration since 2013. He holds a PhD in Resource Economics (Michigan State University), MA in Econometrics (Michigan State), MBA in Finance (Oakland University), and BA in Political Theory (Cornell University). As principal of Carolan Associates, LLC, he consults on alternative energy projects, renewable power, and environmental markets.
