Jonathan P. Hall

Dr. Jonathan P. Hall serves as an Adjunct Professor at The Institute of World Politics (IWP) and Senior Cyber Intelligence Practitioner at Recorded Future, where he bridges academic theory with operational cybersecurity intelligence for public and private sector clients.

His educational foundation includes dual bachelor’s degrees in International Affairs, Russian, and Criminology from Florida State University; a Master’s in International Relations from Central European University (Budapest); and a Doctorate from IWP focused on cyberspace as an enabler of Russian and Chinese political warfare strategies.

Research centers on the strategic-technical nexus of cybersecurity and geopolitics, with emphasis on how Russia and China weaponize cyberspace through political warfare tactics, private military contractors, and Eurasian power projection.
