Jonathan Kirsch

Jonathan Kirsch is an adjunct professor at New York University, book editor of The Jewish Journal, longtime book reviewer for the Los Angeles Times, broadcaster for NPR affiliate KCRW-FM, and an attorney specializing in publishing law and intellectual property.

His research and writing focus on religious history, particularly Biblical studies and the history of religion, examining themes such as the conflict between monotheism and polytheism and the interpretation of controversial biblical texts.
