Jonathan Griffiths

Professor Jonathan Griffiths, BA (Oxon) MA, is a Professor of Intellectual Property Law at the School of Law, Queen Mary University of London. His work bridges copyright law and fundamental rights, with a focus on UK, EU, and comparative frameworks. He is a leading voice in European copyright policy and editorial contributor to key international treatises.
